Disconnect QuickBooks
You control whether the integration can continue accessing your company.
Revoke access in QuickBooks
Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an authorized administrator, open the connected-app management area, select the CondorAlto integration or the client-specific app name used during authorization, and choose Disconnect. Menu labels may vary by QuickBooks version.
Confirm the result
Check that QuickBooks shows the app as disconnected. This information page does not revoke tokens or confirm connection status. If you cannot find the app, contact CondorAlto for assistance.
Previously retrieved information
Disconnecting stops future authorized access, but does not automatically delete existing exports, analysis files, or reports. To request deletion, email diego@condoralto.com and identify the company and records involved without including passwords or tokens. Retention obligations and engagement requirements may affect which records can be deleted.
