CondorAlto · Private integrations
QuickBooks integration privacy policy
This policy covers CondorAlto’s private QuickBooks reconciliation workflow and its supporting integration pages.
Information used
With authorization, the workflow may retrieve company information, accounts, vendors, customers, transaction details, balances, and accounting reports. Supporting files provided for the engagement may include bank statements, supplier statements, and payment reports. Records may contain names, contact information, transaction references, and financial details. Connection credentials and tokens are used to enable authorized access.
Why information is used
Information is used to deliver the agreed reconciliation analysis, investigate discrepancies, prepare and post client-approved corrections, prepare supporting reports, maintain authorized access, and respond to support or data requests. Client accounting records are not published on this website or sold.
Who may process information
Information may be processed by CondorAlto, people authorized for the engagement, and service providers used to deliver it. The workflow may use AI tools from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (including Codex) to assist with analysis and with preparing approved corrections, meaning relevant supplied data may be processed by those services under their own terms. Intuit processes authorization and QuickBooks access under its own policies. Client reports are shared with authorized recipients for the engagement, or as required by law.
Storage and retention
Retrieved data and working reports may be stored in the engagement’s local working files or agreed collaboration tools. Records are retained as needed for the engagement and applicable legal or professional obligations. Disconnecting QuickBooks does not erase previously retrieved records. Contact CondorAlto to discuss retention, request a copy, correct information, or request deletion; identity and authority may need to be verified.
Website usage information
These public pages are hosted by Cloudflare and the website uses Google Analytics. These services may process technical and usage information, such as IP addresses, browser details, page visits, and cookie or device identifiers. Do not include accounting records, access tokens, or other sensitive information in website URLs or public forms.
Your choices and policy changes
You may decline or revoke QuickBooks authorization and contact diego@condoralto.com with privacy questions or requests. We will assess requests in light of applicable obligations and explain any limits. Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
