CondorAlto · Private integrations
QuickBooks integration terms
These terms govern authorized use of CondorAlto’s private QuickBooks reconciliation integration.
Access and authorization
The integration is available only by arrangement with CondorAlto. By authorizing or using it, you confirm that you have authority to provide access to the relevant company and supporting records. You must use it only for lawful, authorized business purposes and comply with applicable Intuit terms.
Permitted use
CondorAlto permits authorized users to use the integration for the agreed engagement while access remains active. Do not share connection credentials, attempt to access another company’s information, bypass access controls, or misuse the service. You remain responsible for your QuickBooks account and the accuracy and lawful provision of supplied information.
Scope and review
The service reads accounting records and prepares analysis. Where a signed engagement includes corrections, CondorAlto may create, edit, or delete transactions in your QuickBooks company, but only those on a written list of changes you have reviewed and approved, and each change is logged. It never processes payments or moves money. Results may include AI-assisted analysis and may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify findings against original records and obtain appropriate professional review before relying on them or making accounting, tax, or financial decisions.
Availability
Access depends on Intuit authorization, API availability, and the agreed engagement. Features may change or be interrupted. No promise is made that the service will detect every discrepancy or remain continuously available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the integration is provided as available without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Data and confidentiality
You retain your rights in the records you provide. You authorize CondorAlto to process them for the engagement as described in the integration privacy policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your accounting records.
Ending access and other agreements
You can revoke access in QuickBooks or contact CondorAlto to end the connection. CondorAlto may suspend access for misuse or when the engagement ends. Existing exports may remain subject to retention requirements. Any separate signed engagement agreement governs fees, professional responsibilities, confidentiality, and liability and takes priority if there is a conflict. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
